Fasemex is founded in Castaños, Coahuila, as a family-owned company with a global vision.
2014
Mining Solutions Integration
Expanded capabilities to serve the open-pit mining sector across Mexico and abroad.
2016
Acquisition of Liddell® USA
Company specialized in trailers, dollies, platforms, and multi-axle heavy-haul solutions for oil & gas and industrial transport.
2016
Acquisition of R&S®
Manufacturer of mobile and stationary concrete batching plants, dust collection systems, and related solutions.
2017
Launch of Liddell® Mexico
With the integration of R&S®, Liddell® strengthens its leadership in heavy-haul trailers and concrete plant solutions, consolidating its portfolio and global presence.
2019
Launch of FCA-FASEMEX®
A new brand dedicated to railcar manufacturing.
2025
Monclova Expansion
To meet growing demand, Fasemex will expand in Monclova with:
- Three new industrial bays, each 200 x 22 m (656 x 72 ft)
- 4,400 m² (47,232 ft²) of assembly area per bay
- Operations scheduled for Q4 2025, boosting production capacity and market reach
